pc chips could you tell me which model

Hi I have what I beleive to be a pc chips or a subsiduary m/board and need to know which model, bios string is 52-0110-001437-00101111=071595-0000000-v90-8670h it is an atx board with onboard vga and sound also pins for a modem card the chipset is sis530 with a black chip stating sis5595, hope someone can help, many thanks in advance I live in the u.k.

have tried that the bord dost seem to be there by the pics thought somebody might help me here

Take another look. You said not by the pics - did you use DON'T KNOW and put in all the info about slots etc ?
