unfortunately bios is soldered.

cp tried your method and I get 7 beeps continuously.

Info from ami site states 7 beeps implies: 'no flash EPROM detected'

Is there anything else I can try?

The board was originally award bios for rev 5 and not ami rev 1 board as stated already.

Please help if you can.
