It IS a usb drive. What do I put on the floppy?

Ok, I have the bin file and I see the commands to enter (awdflash *.bin...)

What else do I need on the formatted floppy?

Where do I get the update? I just googled and got dizzy. The results seemed convoluted. Can someone assist with a download url and, more importantly, advise on whether or not I should make the upgrade (pros and cons)?

It might be trying to boot from that external harddisk. Disable the boot from USB devices option in your bios. Unfortunately, I don't have that option in my bios. Coincidentally, that's the reason I thought that a bios upgrade would solve the issue. Looks like a Shuttle AV41 motherboard still weari...
