BIOS Updates forum

Kinda new to this bios stuff and I'm learning lessons early. Pretty sure I lost my bios to a screwed up attempt at updating it. I turn the power on and I get nothing.. the fan spins for a few seconds and then the system just shuts off. Any suggestions? Is it even possible to fix this without having ...
