H.T M11744 = Macronix MX28F1000P/12V 7x16k, 4x4k
code given: C21A, FFFF
according to uniflash 1.32
Flashed successfully using an i430FX chipset board. Chip is now residing in a TXB820DS and works fine.
Another H.T. chip
I have TXB820DS too - the latest BIOS supports ACPI and it works very nice in Windows 98SE. I've tested it with old P100 - when idle in Windows, the CPU temperature drops down enough so I can remove the heatsink and hold my hand on the CPU (without burns)
I guess that all H.T. chips are Macronix MX28F1000P...

28F1000PPC is incorrect name for 28F1000P chips. The "PC" at the end means that the chip is in DIP package.
