Hello,

I’m looking for a utility that will take a complete 1:1 copy of a BIOS on Sony system (ASUS designed board, AWARD 1MB BIOS). The usual utilities are leaving bits of data out that I need, can anyone recommend a utility that will take a true full backup?

If I can get a full backup from a friends systems, I’ll be able to fix a problem I’ve had (see thread http://www.wimsbios.com/forum/topic13755.html).

Thanks
John

Yea, it causes a hard lock :( Chip in question is SST25VF080B, does not seem to be supported.

Thanks

Hmm normally it should just say it's not supported, not cause a hardlock. These people went on where uniflash stopped development:
