I got a bios utility and ran it and this is the info it kicked back:
Program: eSupport.com BIOS Agent Version 3.45

OEM Sign-On: P4ITA V1.0 10/12/2001
Chipset: Intel 2530 rev 2
Superio: Winbond 627F/HF rev 7 found at port 2Eh
OS: Win98
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 1400 Mhz MAX: 2000 Mhz
BIOS ROM In Socket: Yes
BIOS ROM Size: 256K

Memory Maximum: 1024 MB
Memory Slot 01: 64 MB
Memory Slot 02: 64 MB
Memory Slot 03: 64 MB

From what I found so far I think this is an ECS MOBO and there are 3 bios updates on the site if this is right but I get an unusual abort while attempting to flash it:
"Part Number does not match the Machine Number"
Currently I can not install anything other then Win 98 (and even it has issues) ME and/or XP will not install at all..
Any suggestions?
Desperate :S
Looking for Bios Update
Maybe you are using an older flash BIOS version.
Try another flash utility, like Uniflash:

Some items got lost during quoting:
BIOS ID: 10/12/2001-i850-W83627-C-00
OEM Sign-On: P4ITA V1.0D 10/12/2001
You already seem to have the latest Bios. Regarding your instability issues, tey may be related to Rambus memory. Try to lower timings or RAM speed. Try to test with only two sticks installed (+2 terminators in empty RAM slots))
