This crap of board wont boot with winxpsp2,but with winme it works(bad)
I go in safe mode but when restart it just sending me blu screens or another restart.I try to find bios update for this board but I just went crazy.All tipe of chaintech boards are available but not this one!
southbridge is vt82c686b

It looks you alreadx have the latest Bios. Try to clear CMOS and Load setup Defaults in Bios. Make sure your memory is not faulty, NT/W2K/XP are very picky to unstable RAM.

win xp is much more strict on the memory, use memtest86 to check your memory sticks.

I'll check the NCP 256MB PC-133 tomorow at another PC.Untill I do that here is the error I get when boot:

This file in your error message is related to the ZoneAlarm firewall.
