Your intention is to display the correct speed 1.3GHz or to display 1.3GHz regardless of the CPU that's plugged in?

Hi,

I've on my site www.ruisch.tk some BIOS utilities, also for AMI BIOS.
You might extract the AMI POST module and then edit the CPU name/speed-string table (or, if it hasn't, the algorithm for generating CPU speed string). Then replace the POST module with your edited module (default ID / run lock : 00h, F000:0000).

Listing the tools is really informativ, but a litle swanky. :)

Do no forget to mention the really hard and time-consuming work to collect the tools and inform you about the BNOBTC. :)

PS: BNOBTC v5...will be released soon.
I am currently working on a really decent documentation to/for ABR G2 ... :)[/quote]
