Which eprom Programer??

Hi I would like to buy a eprom programer..But I am not sure which one to buy..
It would have to be easy to use ..

The programer that I would like to buy should be able to program all current bios chips on current motherboards.

and what software should i use?

If anyone can adive me I would be greatfull.
