ibm tp600e hard drive will not partition
working on a 600e. was running 98se, had modem error. took apart to reseat. when i put it back together had error 1999302. bios seen hard drive but could not boot to operating system. did low level format to start all over. now i'm trying to install a striped down xp pro but will not let me partitio...
