CPU upgrade

My computer has a 2.50GHz socket 478 celeron processor, i want to upgrade it to 3.0GHz pentium 4 or celeron socket 478 processor. (not sure which one i will buy as yet). Is it possible to upgrade it? My computer specs are below:

PC Brand Name: HP
Motherboard ID: 31891.HPD.0000.D.0304251530
Motherboard name: TriGem Glendale
RAM: 512 MB
Processor: Celeron @ 2.50GHz

TriGem Imperial GLVE which does not support 533MHz FSB so celeron 2.8GHz will be top of the line I think.
