How sure are you about Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q6600 (8M Cache, 2.40 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB) 65nm ( SLACR ) I can get it for 40€ +-

I install the ASUS Update tool and he my motherboard seen as P5LD2-VM-CONROE-PWR

Price is not important , now the price for dual core is affordable.
The only thing that worries me is the compatibility of the CPU and BIOS, because I can not afford new motherboard
