Hi I probably should have posted somewhere else,
But I didn't see anything even close,
And need an expert.

My question is I found some tools to edit your own BIOS by copying them,
And then add feachers from a list,
I know that's not programing, but it gets better because after using that tool I liked the new BIOS,
And wonted to use the same type of thing on a system that I built from scratch,
And I do mean from scratch,
So anyways I don't have any BIOS built in the board that I built so I've been looking for a version that would work with virtually any 32 bit system,
And I also would like to be able to try the BIOS out using virtualization software like QUME to test it in.

I am not to familiar with programing,
My skills are based in hardware design not software/firmware,
But I am willing to learn.

Pleas help if possible.

not possible. that is the very reason this website exists, because there are so many different bioses. It is not possible to build an universal bios for all 32bit systems.
