During some experimenting with underclocking I managed this:

...yet I was told that the AXP-M CPU's can do even lower multi that x5 - they can do x3 for SURE, see there:
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=5581

Now that would be amazing!
Yet DFI LP B did not allow me anything lower that x5 multi. And in fact, with x5 multi as well, as with x6 multi it freeze when downclocking the FSB right away... It works like a charm with x5.5 or x12...

Neverless I wonder how hard can bios modding to allow lower multi be

And it kinda reminding me of Epox 8RDA+ with early bioses has like x2 or x3 as lowest multi yet with my first AXP 2500+ Barton (unlocked, old...) the first one what work was x5 ...

So the question is, how hard is to mod a AWARD DFI LP B bios from Hellfire there: http://ax2.old-cans.com/N24LD619-3EG-REV3.zip
to allow lover multi that it does now?
