Remap PCI comport card using MSDOS

Hi guys,

i have a major problem I am trying to work through and its proving very difficult. i have a socket 775 mboard (Elitegroup) and my client wants to run a DOS based POS (for now) on it. my client needs extra comport cards so i got the sunix 4027DL serial card. the driver for this card puts a line in the autoexec.bat file which calls up this program everytime it boots and the user has to manually remap the pci card to com2. after exiting the driver program the user would have to type in a command to start loading the POS.

is there anyway i can remap that card by putting some commands into the autoexec so that when booted, the machine will load straight into the POS without needing user input?
