where would i get the newest bios for my motherboard, do you have an url i can use?

ok i found out that my mother board is a P2XBL R. D. now, i goto the bios update and i find numerous files, now i want to know if you can offer me some more help, since i am not sure which i should download. I have have never flashed my bios before, and i really dont wanna mess up and get the wrong ...

thanks, by any chance would you have a general idea were the id would be printed, are they in the same general location on all moverboards?
