please get memtest86+ here: http://www.memtest.org/ and check your ram. make sure that the ram isn't overclocked and uses the spd settings (there are options in the bios that control those features). I have newly purchased PQI 2x512mb sticks. when installed together I get BSOD after couple of minutes. I tested the memory individually and they are good.
