I apologize for seeming like a complete idiot. If I have angered anybody, again, I apologize. I have a Flash utility, a sys file and the BIOS on a diskette. Now what?

I unzipped it into my unzipped file and when I click the above mentioned folder it has the following file in it: 990521.rom.

Okay, I went to a couple of the sites. Thanks for the help, by the way. I downlaoded some of the Drivers. I did find a BIOS update, but no instructions on what to do. It was 990304s.rom. What am I supposed to do with it?

What do you mean start searching? I am now at home, so I left my notes at my office, what website do I go to? And I did try to go to the PC-Chips website, but it all in Chinese. How do I read anything there?

What if you do all that, and the model is not list or detected? Then what?

I used the AMI BIOS utility to find out my board info and it gave me this: 61-0304-000747-00101111-071595-M747 and then it listed this info: CPU type: Celeron BIOS Rom size: 128KB Manufacturer Code (0747): Not Detected Product Tag=_TG_M747V5.0 I went to the numbers list and 0747 is not listed.
