I'm having the darndest time figuring out this problem. I have a new asrock k7vt2 MB with Athlon xp 2200, 256 mb pc 2100 ram, TNT 32 mb video card. Running Win 98
Here's the problem....It starts up just fine and runs without any problems, but if I reboot after it has been running for a while it will not reboot, I get 3 long beeps. If I leave it for an hour or so It will then boot no problem again. I don't think it's heat build up as the case is wide open and the temp is pretty constant at 50 c according to the monitor software.

Thanks in advance

I've installed this board in one system and found that changing the memory timings and/or frequency caused weird problems... When I left these settings at AUTO, it worked fine.

I have not done anything to the timings.....It should be at the default setting which I would assume are set for auto??

Exactly how many websites did you post this issue on anyway?
