Hi,

I have a MS-6382 motherboard and an xp 1700+ processor. However there do not seem to be a function in by bios (frequency/voltage control)which enables med to change the fsb setting (something which I'd like to try). My computer is a medion computer. Could they have done something which will forever prevent me from changing fsb setting? Is it significant that it says Award MODULAR bios? What can I do?

It's just normal for OEM-Bios to prevent overclocking functions .

Try OC-Software like Speedfan or CPUCOOL/CPUFSB
