BIOS Boot error 5

I want to install Win2000 on a formated Harddrive, but the cd doesn´t boot, but there´s the following message: Cannot boot from cd - Code: 5

Can somebody tell me what this means, please ???

Looks like your copy of the Windows 2000 CD isn't bootable. Use the boot disks.
Flash your BIOS at your own risk.
