bios does not come up at start up

soooooo yeah bios does not come up at start up. this is the second time this has hap'd. i unplugged my video card and plugged it back in....that wrked last time, not this time tho. any ideas?

please list your system hardware and if you already tried replacing the cmos battery with a new one.
