hello everyone i must say that this site now hold the top spot in my favourites

hi i hope someone can help i have an asus a7n8x-e delux chip set nivida the bios is 4mb with an rd2 backup its a very good board this is my main pc and works well :D

i allso have an gigabyte ga-7vt600 that i am trying to fix so i can put a system together for friend. The dead 2mb bios is solderd on board 2mb
i have taken the chip off the board so i can hot flash the chip

the bios chip does not show up in uniflash it is unknown so i try to flash anyway and it will then say that the files size is too small 256kb it should be 512kb i beleave this is because my pc with 4mb is the pc that is showing up in uniflash

i read in another post about someone trying to do the same sort of thing
and was told to make a file of ffh.bin this file erases the rom first with the extra information. And then it will flash the bios but you have to add the ffh.bin file to the bios image that you have. this is done with a dos command i think

now the person in the post made the file and it worked but i dont have a clue how to make a .bin file with the ffh in so can some one PLEASE HELP
if there is a file i can download and then add my new bios image to.
Not too sure how to do that either
