hi im a noob here but i have a problem with my computer when i try to turn on it here is the bios with a x-series wallpaper and its blocked its not moving not botting windows and the keyboard is inactive if i press numlock that green led its still open and its dont reactioning and the windows its not booting on only when it wants i didnt changed anything on my system or on the bios menu recently but simply its not working anymore the bios menu blocked heelp

What's your moherboard ?
Do you use an USB keyboard or a PS/2 one ?
It may be possible your backup battery is empty causing the Bios to reset to default values. Depending on how old your motherboard is, it may have USB legacy support disabled by default.
-> try a PS/2 keyboard

I say bad capacitors in the power supply or on the motherboard.
