Is it possible to setup a custom Bios flash so when you flash th emotherboard it automatically set's all the drives to none? any assistance anyone could give would be much appreciated.

With Award BIOS you can modify the default settings using MODBIN.
You'll need to disable both IDE channels rather than set drive types to none, though, since CD-ROMS will still be detected, at least in some cases.

You'll have to experiment. On mine I can change the "security default password", and change the "Security Option" from Setup to System, but I'm not going to start flashing to see what works and what doesn't.
