Dell XPS M200s A05 BIOS Upgrade

Hi,
I have an old Dell Dimension XPS M200s, and the BIOS version is A05. I need to install Suse Linux via CDROM, and it says BIOS needs upgrade. Can anyone point me to the right source to get the right upgrade. I tried to surf, but I was going in circles and no results :((
