how to reformat C drive with usb key board (please help me)

i have xp home running on it right now, my ps/2 port recentely broke , now i have to use usb mouse and keyboard. when boot the windows xp cd it works
but its stuck at " press f8 to accect licence" i try to press f8 on my keyboard it wont respond to it , im using a usb keboard since my ps/2 poart is broken.
Would someone please help me ,I'l realy preciated

enable USB legacy support in your bios somehow. I'm hoping the bios is smart enough to detect the keyboard to enter the bios...
