System starts without pressing on button

Hi!
My mother board model is P4i45GV ASRock. My system does not work untill i remove the CMOS battery and refix it. when i shut down my system and again press my reset or power botton it does not work. Every time I have to remove and agian insert the CMOS battery to start my system. And also every time i have to set up CMOS setting. After this i don't have to press my pwr or reset button to start my system, It starts automatically when power is given to system.

Will anyone plz help me regarding this matter.

Are you sure the CMOs battery is till OK ?
If it looses power then incorrect settings may be in use by the Bios thus it fails to properly start your computer.
This may especially be a problem if your memory needs increased voltages than standard memory or if you're overclocking.
