Want to reinstall windows xp pr

I want reinstall windows xp pro but my computer does not read the cd rom
and also tried booting up with a floopy and also do nothing. i can only
go to where it ask me to press Tab and go to my bios/utility. Im not sure
if its my bios thats not in its right setting but if its is? is there someone out
there can help me with this.

If your computer is not booting from the floppy, you may need to change the boot device sequence so that the computer tries to boot from floppy (or CD if that is an option).
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.

:?: Nick.....im not really a computer guy, but how do you change the
boot device sequence?

In BIOS Setup you should find an option. How to find it and change it depends on your BIOS. If you have a very old BIOS possibly the BIOS may not allow you to include CDROM as part of the boot sequence, however this is unlikely if you have a computer that is adequate to run Windows XP.
