Can't get past bios!!
Dell dimension XPS 600 won't boot past bios. I can enter bios and it sees 250 gb hdd sata drive. Hdd is partitioned into 2 sections, primary is 117 gb with windows XPS pro. System won't boot past bios, just keeps restarting. I can't flash bios without operating system running. I don't know how to id...
