Hi! I have a 100 GB Western Digital HDD and it isn't detected by the setup unless I change the jumper settings and then will only recognize 32 gb. I have checked the manufacturer of the motherboard Freetech and they don't seem to have a Bios upgrade for my model. I have checked the web to no avail and my emails to Freetech go unanswered. If anyone knows where I can get the Bios update file it would be greatly appreciated.

That could be because it isn't Freetech. It's EFA, see http://www.efacorp.com/products/magellanbx.htm
The latest (2.1) BIOS doesn't support big disks, so I've patched it and will email it to you shortly.
From the 2.1 BIOS:
BIOS ID string: 02/23/1999-i440BX-W977TF-2A69KF29C-00
BIOS OEM string: P6BX - ATX VER 2.1
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.
Emails *will* be ignored unless the subject line starts "Wim's BIOS forum"
