I have a 160GB WD Caviar

P/N WD160JB-00GVA0

my BIOS String is:
62-0111-001188-00101111-071595-440BX-B01SX00-H

Where can I get an update for this BIOS? I've looked everywhere I could think of.

You won't get support for a HDD over 128GB on a 440BX board.

Look for the "B01SX00" hits (part of your BIOS ID).

Now look for the model number printed somewhere on the board, if possible.

Also, F3B was the only marking on the board I could find that might be a model number
