my computer has been detect 30 GB hard disk, but i cannot boot OS, i donn't know why, i though maybe i should upgrade my bios, any suggestions? i have googling, but i didn't find appropriate one.

...just a few months more recent, but now correctly supports HDDs above 8GB (upto 32GB) which your release doesn't.

Assuming you have got anything on the HDD backed up that you need and that you are happy to completely erase it, try the following:
1) Boot with a floppy disk, run FDISK, and erase all partitions.
2) Reboot and run the BIOS setup HDD autodetect. It should now detect correctly.
3) Then when you recreate your partitions and format, you should get 15GB in LBA mode as well as per the BIOS setting.
Hope this works. It has worked for me.
