at first I must say that I'm german and not speak english well.
My problem:
I have got a 40GB harddisk.
But my PC recognizes only 2.37GB
Now I would like to update the BIOS. But I'm not sure what files I have to download and install.
If I boot my computer this screen appears:

hello,
i didn't make a bios update.
I only made the auto detection in bios.
Now it recognizes my harddisk with 30GB. Also under fdisk.
But my stupid windows98se shows only 2.37gb!!!
What can I do?
