Hi,
I am trying to install a new Seagate ST340016a-RK drive and it is not recognized at all, with any comb of jumper settings.
Award Bios : 9/16/1999 MVP3-596-W877-2A5LEPAEC-00
Chipset: MVP3-596-W877
Is there a BIOS upgrade that will recognize this size drive?
Thanks,
Don

I flashed it about 20 mins ago and it found the drive imeadiately and fdisk created a prim part of the full size of the drive ...
it is formatting now at 38 gigs in size.
Thanks again,
