To make the partitions were no problem. What I mean is the tool from IBM, who goes around the 32GB Bug.
Is it advisable to use the tool from IBM for this problem! I just downloaded it!

Not advisable - the patched Bios should be able to access the HDD without Software .
But your Bios may have a Bug activating UDMA modes the HDD is capable of but not your mainboard - possible cause of hang .
IBM should have a software to reduce UDMA modes of your HDD to UDMA33 - that's what your mainboard is capable of .

I install the programm normally in the windows and don´t Have got to do new partitions on my Harddisk? Because i dont have enough room for 80GB...

Model : IC35L080AVVA07-0

Thanks!!
That's IBM then. If you need to drop the UDMA rate to UDMA33 use the tool at IBM Disc utilities download page and download the IBM Feature tool utility and the User Guide.
Don't forget there are problems with FDISK and HDD >64GiB in Windows98 - you need to download the fixed version from Microsoft - and that you need to use an NTFS operating system if you want a single partition. Creating 3 FAT32 partitions may be easier.

Now i changed my Udma Mode to UDMA33 with the tool from IBM, but i have the same problem like before!

When i select "IDD HDD Auto Detection" in the Bios then freeze...
and by "Standard Cmos Setup" can i change "Primary Master" to Auto!
Then my HDD were recognized by the detection in the first frame under the CPU-speed and RAM.
But in the table in the 2nd frame there "Primary Master : LBA, Udma 33," freeze...
