Off the top of my head, my guess would be PC-Chips M747 ;) as I've been asked recently:
http://www.wimsbios.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3552

You need to check which version you have, usually written near the keyboard connector. Links to ajzchips's site for manual (if you get "bandwidth limit exceeded", try tomorrow), BIOS at ftp://ftp.pcchips.com.tw/bios/M747/

Unfortunately ftp is disabled on the proxy I'm using at the moment, so I can't check if there's a "1210S" bios which might be what you have at the moment.

From the Bios-ID it should be a Rev 5.x M747
http://www.pcchips.com.tw/BIOS.html
Latest Bios is from 1999 - should support at least up to 64GB
If IDE HDD Auto Detect option does not work in Bios set the port the drive is connected to Auto and it should work - at least it's working with my M571 and 5/99 Bios

There is 5 versions for my board (PCB V1.3, V1.5, V3.0B2 & V5.0), which one is for me? :(
On boot said, Bios Version 1.23f

1.23F is the VGA BIOS version.

You need the M747 V5.0 BIOS release.

I'll try that one later, this one also doesn't recognise more than 33GB

Program: Unicore BIOS Agent Version 2.01
BIOS Date: 06/02/00
BIOS Type: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
BIOS ID: 06/02/2000-693-596-8671-2A6LGC3AC
BIOS Eval: 06/02/2000
Chipset: VIA 82C691 rev 68

Any idea?

Make sure the 32GB limitation clip is removed from your HDD
A 6/2000 Bios should a least support up to 64GB
