i've allready flashed my bios to the version you see in my subject.
Still, my system stops booting...

Though, my bios shows as primary master my new harddisk, but my system won't boot.

Can anybody PLEASE help me...

looks like the 64 GB Bug
for 32 GB+ Bios look here

It's definetely the latest known Bios for the M6VBE with VIA693 chipset from Fujitsu-Siemens and has to be patched .
Just for Info : Do you have the M6VBE with VIA693 Chipset or the VIA692 Chipset Board ? > I heard the 693 Bios won't work on 692 based M6VBE .

The moderators of this Forum are able to patch the Bios for you .
As I'm no moderator I can't patch it for you .

Found it http://support.fujitsu-siemens.de/Vollt ... arch=m6vbe. Patched BIOS is on the way.
