80GB: 02/04/1999-i440ZX-W977TF-2A69KPNIC

Plz tell me where can i find the appropriate update for my bios.....
I want to flash the bios for supporting my 80 GB HDD.

I have downloaded Awardflash.exe but when i run the file in DOS mode (WIN98SE) i get an error mssg saying "Failed due to EMM86.exe or QMM" ....wat is this error?? How do i use AwardFlash.exe.... Also is it appropriate for my bios version??
