Hi,

i have a little problem. I installed a second HD (80GB) but WIN XP only identifikated 32GB. I have searched for a knew Version of my BIOS but i couldn´t find anyone.

My Parameters:

BIOS TYPE: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
BIOS ID: 09/08/2000-693-596-8671-2a6lgc3fc
Chipset: VIA 82C691 rev68

On your homepage i read thats possible that you and your team can modified a BIOS Version, so that the HD identified completely.

Is that possible?? Plaese help me!

thanks for all that you are doing for me.

respects

Check whether you have your capacity-limiting jumper on.

If you check the jumper settings for your HDD, you will most probably one that limits the cylinders (reduces the total recognized size) to 32GB. It might still be on, so you'll have to remove it.
