??GB: Abit AB-BH6

I wish to flash my old Abit motherboard BIOS, but the only update I can find is one that cost about 25$ ... hey thats nearly half a new motherboard ! Is it possible to find some free ones somewhere out there I have got an Abit AB-BH6 Motherboard. (I need my new HDD to work) Please help me !
