Award Modular BIOS v.6.00PG and Win XP

Hi

I've got a PC with an Award Modular BIOS v.6.00PG (BIOS string: 08/17/2001-P4X266-8233-6A6LWE19C-00). It works fine with Win 2000, but it doesn't boot with Win XP Home SP2 (STOP: 0x0000007B; inaccessible boot device).
Do I need to upgrade the BIOS? If yes, where can I get it from?

Can be an ECS P4VXAS or P4VXMS.

I downloaded BIOS Agent from the link you posted, but it there's a message that the file is damaged.

There are two downloads under that link. Do I need both? There's a note saying "Please do not update the BIOS if the BIOS patch doesn't pertain to your current problem."
