Looks like a Soyo P4P845PE Lite, please verify this with markings on your board.
Latest Bios for this board seems to be version 2AA4, two versions newer than your current Bios, and that's from 6/2003. Whether it has native support for HDD above 128/137GB or not is not known. But although if it has no native support for these drives, with newer OS like W2K/XP or Linux you should be able to access all space above this barrier as these OS do not fully rely on Bios detection.
