Well, I'm back from my friend, and everything worked out fine! Strange thing is that I tried to flash the new version, but it gave a checksum error! Yesterday I tried to flash the new 1006 BIOS on my ASUS A7M266 using Asus' Dead-Update program. My PC locked and I got no response after the reboot.
