How Do I Bypass the POST ? (power on self test)
I have a Compaq Presario 1610 that is giving me a 601 Diskette A Controller error message goes to a screen that forces me to press F1 to boot. Is there a way to bypass POST or something so it will just boot normally. I don't want to buy a new disk or controller. The BIOS won't let me disable POST or...
