Check the commandline syntax for Uniflash and try doing Uniflash with the /force option and specifying the code for your BIOS chip. this will likely fix your problem. Uniflash doesn't recognize some SST chips automatically; forcing will set it to the matching chip. Had this issue with the SST 49LF00...
