Hi. I can´t follow all the posts of this thread. Seems that the BIOS: 4W4SB0X0 was not found. Well I have a motherboard like the one described, from GATEWAY and also with an adaptec 2940UW, and a big mix of SCSI and IDE devices, and I have no problems. The boot is quick. I usualy run Win2K, and have...

Thanks for the information. Well, I run the board with a Pentium II 333Mhz CPU, and seems that there is no problem with the CPU. I guess, I am an update freek. :) Well, the other reason... 80GB: MS-6126

My microstar MS-6126 motherboard does not recognize 80GB Hard disk drives.
I need help to find an unofficial working AWARD bios, so I can use 80 GB or greater hard disks.

The bios signature is:

06/16/1998-i440EX-W977-2A69JM49C-00

The latest official version is W6126MS V1.3

Thanks.
