80GB: GA-5AX

I have an old comp. 350MHz with an ASUS ALI GA-5AX motherboard.
I did find bios setup files, BUT

How do I install them? I was told to run a flash file from dos, but I cant reach dos. If I put the boot-sequence to A/C it wont run my bootable disk.

How do I update the bios???
