Board is dead.

Powered up with post card installed. Card reports post code
F0C1, so has passed RAM tests ok but does not seem to be able
to access the BIOS.

I suspect it may be a bad flash so went to MSI website and
got latest BIOS. Now the board will only 0000 on the POST card
with the latest award BIOS v5.9.

So I figure it might be an OEM board and;
1. The orig BIOS as above (F0C1) is corrupt (not Award)
or is AMI OEM (highly likely) given that
2. AMI F0 is an AMI boot block checkpoint

So..
Could someone confirm diagnosis?

As it turns out this board is a K7N2 Delta-ILSR

It is not a OEM but an MSI board
The previous POST code was misleading

Got the most recent BIOS, flashed, mobo works - good
